Supporting women for conservation

The successful Women for Conservation, led by fundación ProAves with support from the American Bird Conservancy, has trained women in four rural Colombian villages in the use of natural resources for the production of handicrafts and offered them business opportunities to help relieve pressure on natural resources protected on the reserves.
